This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms governing the cancellation and refund of products and services purchased through the BrizCard platform (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By placing an order or subscribing to BrizCard, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Platform Role
BrizCard acts as a digital platform enabling professionals and businesses to create, manage, and share digital business cards and networking profiles.
2. Digital Services (Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable)
The following services are digital in nature and delivered instantly or near-instantly upon successful payment:
- Digital business card subscriptions
- Premium templates and features
- Analytics and team management access
- Any other instant digital services offered by BrizCard
Once payment is successful and the subscription or service is activated, such services cannot be cancelled for a refund, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances. All sales are final.
BrizCard shall not be responsible for any failed reversal or refund once successful delivery is confirmed.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You are free to cancel your ongoing BrizCard subscription at any time to prevent future recurring billing. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Please note that canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for past charges or the remainder of the current billing period.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- BrizCard shall not be liable for any denial of cancellation or refund once a digital service has been successfully delivered and activated on your account.
