Refund Policy

Our commitment to fairness: understanding returns and refunds for BrizCard products.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, our digital business card subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the card has been activated or accessed. However, we offer a 24-hour grace period for accidental purchases if the digital card has not been shared or extensively used.

2. Physical NFC Cards

For physical NFC cards, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Refunds will not be provided for cards that have been successfully programmed and used by the customer.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the request. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted for unused portions of annual subscriptions, at the sole discretion of BrizCard management.
